Ventegra offers contracts on a wide variety of Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) services including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical products (including injectables), mail service, specialty pharmacy, claims processing and retail network management.

Payors: With Ventegra’s “true transparency” model, Payors retain access to all rebates and discounts leaving them better informed to make drug product selections that maximize savings.

Pharmaceutical Industry: The contribution of the pharmaceutical industry to reduce the cost of their products through managed care rebates and other incentives is fully realized by those who are responsible for paying the bills. Ventegra also allows for validation and monitoring of claims, thus minimizing the need for costly audits.

Providers: Ventegra enables providers to manage their financial risk while expanding their scope of services.

Robo-Rebate System
Robo-Rebate is Ventegra’s web-based pharmaceutical rebate management application and service that allows for true transparency. With true transparency, all rebates and incentives are fully disclosed and accessible, and provides clients with control of true net costs and future savings potential.

Acquisition Cost Based Mail
Ventegra offers true transparency on contracted purchases of brand and generic drugs so clients always know the actual cost for prescriptions. In addition, Ventegra’s Mail Service partners provide a clear pricing structure for their dispensing services. As a member of Ventegra, fees paid for dispensing are reduced as Ventegra’s aggregate volume increases, even if an individual organization’s volume is constant.

Ventegra Injectable Program (VIP)
The Ventegra Injectable Program (VIP) offers a package that provides a comprehensive and flexible solution to the injectable dilemma. VIP offers true transparency on all discounts, rebates and other fees negotiated for injectable drugs. VIP has as innovative medical and pharmacy claims engine, enabling more accuracy and clarity around pricing and reimbursement.

Pharmacy Benefit Administration Services
Ventegra enables our clients to manage their own pharmacy benefit program by offering an “a la carte” menu of services and programs from which to choose. In addition to the innovative services of Contracting, VIP and Acquisition Cost-Based Mail Service, Ventegra also offers strategic consulting, clinical/formulary support and guidance, and pharmacy benefit design support and guidance.
